Lead Times & Shipping

Lead times and shipping arrangements depend on the product, order volume, and destination, and are confirmed at the time of quotation.

Private Label — Ownership

Where products are supplied under a client's own brand, the client's branding, packaging, and trademarks remain their property. Vencoro retains rights to its own product designs, specifications, and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Nothing on this page limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Beyond that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the terms agreed in the applicable order confirmation or contract with the client.

Governing Law

As a UK-registered company supplying clients worldwide, our standard terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Specific jurisdiction or dispute-resolution arrangements can be agreed as part of an individual client contract.
